I have over 25 years’ experience in mental health counselling, wellbeing and mindfulness.
This means my approach combines a broad range of specialist knowledge, creating a holistic rounded experience for each individual.
Developing a better relationship with your thoughts, feelings and behaviour provides an opportunity for change, enabling you to move forward more confidently in life.
Counselling provides a safe space for you to explore your feelings.
By talking about the difficulties you face you will begin to develop a better understanding of your process and what you need to do in order to move forward.
